My vision behind the Blue Heron
On our journey, we often meet smart individuals who inspire us to be flexible and make the best use of our resources. When the tortuga met the blue heron, he discovered how she uses her ability to hunt both during the day and at night. She takes rest whenever she needs it, without adhering to a rigid schedule.
The blue heron doesn’t stop working just because it is night. She works as much as she can and then takes rest as needed. This approach allows her to maintain her energy and effectiveness. She doesn’t succumb to external pressures, unlike us, who often feel guilty when taking much-needed rest.
The heron’s lesson is a powerful reminder that we should listen to our bodies and minds, taking breaks when necessary without feeling guilty. By doing so, we can maintain our productivity and well-being, making the most of our journey without burning out.
